The FLIR E76 Thermal Imaging Camera provides complete coverage of near and far targets through a range of interchangeable AutoCal™ lenses, with fields of view for everything from wide-angle roof inspections to electrical inspections, all performed from a safe distance.
It comes with one of the following lenses (please specify) which is applicable to your application. Extra lenses can be purchased separately to increase the versatility of your camera
It comes equipped with an optional temperature range to 1000°C, laser-assisted autofocus, and three area measurement boxes, along with a 320 x 240 thermal resolution to produce crisp, vibrant imagery that can be enhanced with MSX® technology for added detail and perspective. The onboard Inspection Route feature runs pre-planned survey routes to help inspectors stay organized when surveying large or multiple locations.
Building inspection
Improve energy efficiency and discover insulation voids, roof leaks, HVAC deficiencies and more. Instead of wasting time hunting for the problem, users can quickly validate the need for comprehensive repairs and demonstrate the extent of the damage through easily-interpreted thermal images.
Condition monitoring
Improve plant reliability and avoid unexpected downtime through routine inspection with a rugged, handheld camera. Vibrant thermal images help manufacturing and facilities inspectors spot overheating equipment so they can immediately diagnose the issue, begin repairs, and prevent equipment failures.
Faster inspections
Pre-planned routes can improve survey efficiencies, helping users inspect dozens of electrical and mechanical targets in a logical manner and maintain organized inspection data and reports. The camera makes this possible through the built-in Inspection Route mode.
Inspection Route runs a pre-defined list of targets that are organized for maximum efficiency. This list is first created in Thermal Studio Pro (sold separately) using the FLIR Route Creator plugin and then downloaded to the camera.
By ensuring that nothing is missed and that all inspection results are organized from the start, this suite of inspection software speeds up surveys, improves organization, and simplifies reporting.
