    The Fluke FP-PROBE is a Field Replacement Probe for FoodPro Plus. It is a resistance temperature detector (RTD) probe sensor for the Fluke FoodPro Plus thermometer.

    It measures temperatures from -40 to +200 degrees C (-40 to +392 degrees F). It snaps into place to replace a broken FoodPro Plus built-in fold-out temperature sensor. The FoodPro Plus thermometer is used by foodservice personnel  to measure food products and equipment temperatures and help detect potential food safety problems.
